Summary

360 Cloud Solutions is a premier IT consulting firm that helps companies grow through the strategic and expert implementation of cloud-based business management, FP&A, and subscription billing software. The Senior Project Manager at 360 Cloud Solutions will be working closely with Client Engagement Managers and Director of NetSuite Consulting Services to ensure excellent service delivery.

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for understanding the various initiatives being worked on and prioritize these for resource allocation planning. This individual will be responsible for project documentation, status updates, handling level one escalated issues,
coordinating resources, and internal communications on project metrics and risk management. This position will be accountable for each project adhering to 360’s standards for project management across the organization. Where necessary, the Senior Project Manager will also
be able to provide generic Consulting Services to clients before escalating to teammates who have deeper subject matter expertise.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site leadership for project teams by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities, and project milestones.
  • Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously.
  • Manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives within the 360 Cloud Solutions processes.
  • Report on project success criteria results, metrics, test and deployment management activities.
  • Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence.
  • Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization.
  • Coordinate with consultants, solutions architects, and developers to prepare detailed project plans for all phases of the project.
  • Procure adequate resources to achieve project objectives in planned timeframes.
  • Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues, communicating across 360 management team and to client stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate a functional acumen to support how solutions will address client goals while maintaining alignment with industry best practices.
  • Manage project scope, perform risk assessment, gather and document any changes in scope and set expectations both internally and externally with customers regarding impacts to timelines and budgets.
  • Develop and manage all aspects of a project and program engagement from planning, external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks, and issues.
  • Set and continually manage project and program expectations while delegating and managing deliverables with team members, client stakeholders, or other appropriate resources.
  • Monitor, track outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies, and critical path deliverables.
  • Develop and coordinate to deliver statements of work, requirements documentation, and solution documentation to various audiences, including project teams, sponsors, and key stakeholders.
  • Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project and program team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.
  • Identify and develop a trusted adviser relationship with project and program stakeholders, which may often require appropriate and effective executive-level communication.
  • Ensure that projects and programs are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.  
  • Continue professional development to keep abreast of emerging technologies, methods, and best practices – plus being able to perform more billable senior PM consulting services.
  • Coordinate activities between the cross-functional teams to identify challenges and make recommendations to resolve and ensure resolution is implemented.
  • Regularly provide the executive management team with standardized project and resource allocation information that includes cost, schedule, resource capacity and planning, and scope/object performance status.
  • Plan and monitor projects in a manner that provides for ongoing risk assessment and mitigation plans risk responses when required.
  • Responsible for the coordination and execution of multiple projects and their interdependencies.
  • Project lead that organizes communication to internal and external customers:
    • Project Task Management.
    • Customer Status/Update Reports.
    • Creating/Maintaining Project Plans.
    • Research, write and contribute knowledge base content to be used in SOWs, Projects, and Cases.

Qualifications

You are a certified project management professional and have at least five years of experience with project management.  You have been successful in providing on-site leadership for project teams by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhere to their responsibilities, and project milestones.  You can confidently lead meetings, present to project stakeholders as well as internal 360 Cloud Solutions Management.

  • 5+ years of Project Management Experience.
  • Proven success in providing on-site leadership for project teams by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhere to their responsibilities, and project milestones.
  • Ability to confidently lead meetings, present to project stakeholders as well as internal 360 Cloud Solutions Management.
  • Proven History reviewing the accuracy of time entries and billable memos to be invoiced to clients.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage conflict resolution internally and externally.
  • Experience and skills to help instill best practices regarding documentation and proposal templates, plus enforce peer accountability regarding those best practices.

Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, IT, or related field.
  • Certified project management credentials (MPM, PMP, Scrum Master, or Six Sigma) and/or equivalent experience levels are required.
  • NetSuite Suite Foundation Certification is highly desirable

Preferred Experience & Skills

  • NetSuite CRM+ERP functional experience is highly desirable.
  • Experience working in a client relationship management capacity, so that you can assist and escalate effectively with 360 Relationship Managers for issues or opportunities beyond your currently assigned project scope.
  • Experience with CRM/ERP/CPM systems from both a functional and high-level technical perspective so that you can independently service clients for generic FAQs, configuration, template provision, etc. Strongly prefer NetSuite and/or Adaptive Insights here.
  • Experience with CRM/ERP/CPM Implementations and the typical milestones.
  • Proficiency in working with tools including, Resource Allocation Platforms, NetSuite, ClickUp,  Box, Google Apps, Slack, and PandaDoc.
