In this release, functionality has been added to further automate and simplify recurring billing management within NetSuite.

Modern organizations need a simple process for updating and upgrading existing contract line items. 360 Contract Billing version 2016.2 addresses this. One of the highlights in this release is that the product now enables updating existing Contract Line items for upsell, downsell, renewal and price change. This feature largely reduces time and effort by eliminating the process of creating a new sales order when Contract Lines need an update or upgrade.  This process is consistent, dependable and reportable. In version 2016.2 this is known as In-Contract Actions.

Other features available in 360 Contract Billing v2016.2 include:

  • Enhancements to Contract Credits and Contract Line Adjustments
  • Added functionality for Revenue Commitments
  • Automatically populated Billing Period Start and End Date fields even when a transaction line is prorated
