Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to understand their needs, communicate value, gather feedback, and foster relationships.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for escalated issue resolution across sales, service, and product teams.
  • Facilitate client participation in events and oversee client communications and outreach.
  • Utilize CRM and ERP tools to track key performance indicators and maintain data integrity.
  • Represent 360 at industry events to promote our services and solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure client success and monitor support cases effectively.
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow recurring revenue with assigned clients.
  • Identify client needs and propose solutions from NetSuite, 360 Subscription Billing, and third-party vendors.
  • Drive organic revenue growth through existing client relationships and ensure timely renewal and upsell transactions.

Qualifications

  • Relevant undergraduate degree with 3+ years of related experience. 
  • Background in Technology or Management Consulting, Customer Success, IT Engagement Management, or IT Sales Leadership.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships at an executive level and navigate technology-related sales cycles.
  • Strong proficiency with NetSuite and other ERP, CRM, and related software.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing complex processes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decisions effectively.
