RUFUS LOHMUELLER – CEO
With 25 years of experience leading successful ERP implementations, Rufus leads 360 Cloud Solutions as CEO. Rufus earned a B.S in Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and started his career at Ernst & Whinney, a top 8 accounting firm. Shortly after starting his career, he realized his entrepreneurial calling and ventured out on his own in 1990, launching his first company focused on business management software. He has run his own company in the field of automated ERP systems ever since. Following technology’s lead, Rufus was an early adopter and one of the first to sign up as a NetSuite Solution Provider in 2002. He has developed a deep understanding and insight of how NetSuite helps clients grow their businesses. And is dedicated to sharing this insight gained throughout his career with his team, clients and even students! Read how Rufus lead the design and implementation of the first educational program in the country, way back in 2006, enabling NC State students to use NetSuite in the classroom here. When he’s not sharing his passion for business, Rufus enjoys hiking and skiing in the Western US. One thing you probably don’t know about him is that as a young man, the West’s lure inspired him to drive across the country 13 times by himself!
JUDY LOHMUELLER – Executive VP
Judy Lohmueller served as Vice President and Partner of Lohmueller Consulting with her husband Rufus since 1997. After years in the industry, Judy continuously drove the business as a top-tier NetSuite Solution Provider. Notable NetSuite accomplishments during this time include achieving the NetSuite Star Partner Award in 2002, ranking #2 in U.S. Sales in 2004 and receiving the NetSuite Partner of the Year Award in 2003. Upon merging with 360 Cloud Solutions, Judy works closely with all functional areas of the business to nurture operational excellence through her strong leadership and personable, relationship-focused approach. In her spare time Judy fuels her passion for history through preservation and restoration projects.
MARK THURMOND – VP, FP&A
Mark has over 30 years of experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, business consulting, system development, system implementation, and finance. He has a B.A. Degree in Accounting from the University of South Florida and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Georgia State University. Through the years, Mark has worked for organizations of various sizes – from large ones like Georgia Power and EDS in various FP&A and product management roles, medium sized companies like North Highland, a Business Consulting firm, and then smaller ones which he founded or co-founded to focus on his passion for providing the best cloud-based financial budgeting, forecasting, and modeling services to the marketplace. Mark has implemented numerous Budgeting and Forecasting systems as well as Accounting and ERP systems. Back in 2005 he saw the bright future of cloud-based financial systems and has been focusing on this market ever since. When he is not working on his business passions, Mark enjoys reading, barbecuing, and tasting local wines and ales; but most of all, he enjoys hiking and being outdoors around his home in the foothills of the Northern Georgia Appalachian Mountains with his wife of 36 years.
GRANT CROISSANT – COO
With a background in management, sales and project management, Grant is consistently improving various aspects of 360 Cloud Solutions. He is a Certified Scrum Master and Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) which further enables him to successfully participate in different aspects of the business from keeping an eye on project engagement status’ to improving our software development and solution delivery process. His lively demeanor enables him to motivate and bring out the best in everyone within the organization to deliver a superior customer experience. You can find Grant spending time with friends and family, golfing on Arizona’s beautiful desert courses, being active, listening to live music, enjoying great food and enjoying life. Ask Grant about his current goal to spend the night in every US State, cities with over 500K people and quaint, strange or iconic cities in North America.
RYAN BROWN – Chief of Staff | Managing Consultant
Working closely with CEO, Rufus Lohmueller, Ryan facilitates strategy and leadership at 360 Cloud Solutions as Chief of Staff. In addition, he also serves as a Managing Consultant. Ryan earned a dual B.S. in Computer and Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State University and then began his technical career at Dell, Cree, and later, IBM. Upon realizing his passion for business strategy and entrepreneurship beyond the technical arena, he acquired an MBA and expanded his skills via Strategic Planning, Executive Coaching, and Change Management as a Partner with Six Disciplines Triangle. As many of his clients’ strategies required organizational change around adopting CRM and ERP systems, he partnered with 360 Cloud Solutions starting in 2013. Through this partnership, he developed a deep understanding and insight of how NetSuite, and other cloud systems like Salesforce, can help businesses grow and thrive. In January of 2017, Ryan went ‘all-in’ to the cloud systems space as a full-time team member of 360. When he is not assisting with 360’s business evolution or making client projects successful, Ryan enjoys pretty much any televised sport, mountain biking, fishing, southern-style barbecuing, and craft beer. A Greensboro, NC native – he currently resides in Cary, NC with his wife, Brittany, and growing family.
KEVIN HOELZEL – Director of Development Services
Kevin is an integral part of the 360 Cloud Solutions team. Because the company leads numerous custom development projects for NetSuite clients, he works closely with his team to ensure our businesses success. Kevin’s “get it done” attitude and strong work ethic has inspired many in the team to take one step further…he now leads a group of NetSuite Certified Developers, many of which have earned multiple NetSuite Certifications. As Director of Development Services, Kevin ensures clients are receiving the functionality they need from NetSuite. It’s in Kevin’s daily routine to check on the status of development projects so that we are meeting our deadlines on-time and within budget. Keeping up with Kevin is no small task but the impact he has on the businesses culture is very positive for employees and clients alike.
BRAD THOMPSON – Director of Consulting Services
As Director of Consulting Services, Brad manages and facilitates many product demos and leads resource planning. He consistently strives to improve processes within Consulting Services to drive a more effective, enjoyable experience for clients. Everyday Brad shares his can-do attitude and hardworking demeanor with others in order to make employees and clients feel like valued members of the team. He strives to do the right thing and inspire others to do the same. Growing up in Minnesota, hockey was his life. Playing along with his twin brother they became notorious amongst players and coaches for being two powerful, yet fair, players of the game! Today you can still find him playing hockey or enjoying the great Arizona weather while mountain biking.
BILL JONES – Account Executive – Client Engagement
Suite Foundation Certified at 360 Cloud Solutions and 4+ years working around NetSuite, Bill brings a wealth of knowledge to our clients. Bill focuses on ensuring a high-quality client experience; serving as a liaison to NetSuite’s sales, services, product and corporate teams; servicing client needs for subscription renewals, user capacity and solution modules; assisting in scoping and overseeing projects; representing 360 Cloud Solutions at industry events; developing partner relationships; and providing an additional conduit for client feedback. Bill enjoys time with his family, hunting and running.
STEVE GALLEGOS – Sales & Marketing Director
Working directly with CEO, Rufus Lohmueller and the management team at 360 Cloud Solutions, Steve facilitates Sales & Marketing strategies with a focus on Lead Management, SEO, Social Media, KPI’s and attaining Sales Goals. Steve is a United States Navy veteran and brings a variety of skills he’s acquired from World travel and Global business ventures. Steve began his software career 25 years ago and went on to found 2 technology companies. Because of his passion for business processes and CRM systems, his expertise in SaaS, SalesForce Development, and SalesForce Administration helped prepare him for meeting our technical requirements. Steve quickly received certifications in NetSuite Sales and Adaptive Insights Sales at ORACLE and Adaptive Insights. Steve and his family live in Raleigh, NC where his 2 children are currently attending College. Their family enjoys world travel, water sports, movies, good food and great conversations.
